The Furniture Leveling Wedge Builder creates a tapered, 3D-printable shim sized to the gap you actually need to correct. Adjust the wedge length, width, thin-end thickness, and maximum lift, then export the model for printing.

Why Use a Custom Leveling Wedge?

Generic shims are often too wide, too steep, or too thick at the leading edge. A custom furniture leveling wedge lets you match the available footprint and target lift for a cabinet, table, workbench, shelf, appliance, or other non-safety-critical setup.

Adjust the Taper and Grip

Set the thin end for easy insertion and the thick end slightly above the gap you measured. Optional top ridges add surface texture. The wedge is designed with a flat bottom so it can print directly on the build plate without supports.

Printing and Use

Preview the exported model in your slicer and confirm dimensions before printing. Material, infill, wall count, layer direction, floor surface, and the supported object’s load all affect real-world performance. This generator does not certify structural capacity and should not be used for safety-critical leveling, vehicle support, lifting, or applications where failure could cause injury or property damage.
